KEF KHT8005

Specifically designed to make the most of today's larger (42"+) flat high definition TV screens, KHT8005 adds the sophistication of KEF's high end Uni-Q technology to the front left-centre-right sound bar speaker so that everyone in the room enjoys the same involving, evenly dispersed and disarmingly natural 3D sound wherever they sit.

Mounted above or below your screen and blending discreetly with its appearance, the slim sound bar incorporates both left and right front speakers as well as the all-important centre channel. Together with the small rear satellites (which can be positioned horizontally or vertically), each of the three front channels in the sound bar boasts a Uni-Q 'point source' HF/midrange driver flanked by a 75mm woofer and bass radiator. Acoustically inert cast aluminium enclosures (finished in gloss black) eliminate any internal waves that might otherwise muddy the outstanding sonic clarity this unique configuration delivers.

Add the dramatic physical power of KEF's acclaimed KUBE-2 subwoofer and you experience the full weight, depth and texture of movie effects. No wonder – with a 200mm long-throw LF cone and matching passive radiator driven a 200W Class-D amp, low frequency response is as well controlled as it is emotionally compelling.
